Has Brandon Knight made the call for Kentucky?

There is a little speculation this morning that Brandon Knight may have finally made a decision on his college choice. Jeff Drummond of Kentucky Ink reports that Knight "may have informed some of the coaches who are recruiting him of his decision -- and some strongly suggested UK was the choice". However, Drummond did follow up with Knight's mother who assured him that Brandon was still in the process of making that call, but that he was pretty close to the decision.

One thing that did get cleared up out of Drummonds conversation with Knight's mom was the fact that Syracuse was not in the running. She verified that it was still between Kentucky, UConn, Kansas, and Florida.

Usually when the rumors start getting out that coaches have been notified of a school choice, they tend to be pretty accurate. In Knight's case, it is going to be just a couple more weeks of wait and see as he is expected to make the announcement official after the McDonald's All American Game on March 31.
